We are looking for engaged and responsible Lifeguards and High Ropes Instructors!

You will be an important part of creating a wonderful experience for our local guests and vacationing tourists!

Lifeguard

To succeed in the lifeguard team, you are a stress-resistant and responsible team player who thrives in deep water. We expect you to be proactive, service-oriented, and in good physical shape. You are committed to creating a safe experience for both guests and colleagues. Your tasks include monitoring water activities, intervening in water-related accidents, assisting the park's medical staff with injuries, and general guest service. As a Lifeguard, you will undergo a 3-day training in water rescue. Experience in similar work or water rescue is an advantage.

High Ropes Instructor

To succeed in the high ropes team, you are a service-oriented and confident team player who enjoys heights. We expect you to be responsible, flexible, and in good physical shape. You are comfortable speaking in front of groups and do your best to ensure our guests have the best and safest experience possible. Your tasks include daily safety checks at height of activities and equipment, ensuring that all guests receive a thorough safety briefing, and ensuring that rules and routines are followed by both guests and colleagues. As a High Ropes Instructor, you will undergo a 3-day training for work at heights. Experience in similar work or familiarity with high-altitude activities is an advantage.

Working hours vary according to Sommarland's opening hours, generally between 09:30-18:30 every day of the week. The employment is a seasonal position of 50-100% and the summer season runs from June to August. Salary and other conditions according to the collective agreement with HRF. Possibility of staff accommodation.
